This policy covers our marketing website, paybeaconhq.com, operated by PayBeacon. The PayBeacon product, when it launches, will have its own policy.
Only what you send us. If you request early access or email us, we receive your name, email, firm, and message. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs. That's it.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which sites refer them to us. It's cookieless, collects no personal data, and doesn't track you across other websites.
Your self-check answers and score are computed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted or stored. We can't see them unless you tell us.
No cookies. No cross-site or advertising trackers. We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
To reply to you, arrange early access, and send an occasional product update. Opting out is easy — replying "remove me" works.
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides our cookieless analytics. Google Workspace handles our email. That's the full list.
As long as there's a live conversation or a business reason to keep it. Ask and we'll delete it.
Email privacy@paybeaconhq.com to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within a few business days.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
